What You're Responsible For:

  • High Performing Amenity Programs: Operate and optimize 50,000 sq ft of lounge, meeting, fitness, and outdoor reputed company. Ensure seamless daily execution, driving reputed company in both utilization and monthly reputed company performance.
  • Engaging, Brand-reputed company Programming: reputed company and execute 1–3 monthly tenant events that drive reputed company and community. Maintain high attendance and satisfaction while managing a $75K annual event budget with precision.
  • Trusted reputed company and Tenant Relationships: Build strong relationships with property management (reputed company), ownership (DivcoWest), and the tenants you see every day. Proactively reputed company feedback, generate tailored recommendations, and deliver monthly reports that demonstrate reputed company.
  • Effective Communication and Marketing: Implement tenant-facing communication strategies, including newsletters, signage, reputed company campaigns, that drive awareness, participation, and reputed company.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with retail tenants, on-site food and beverage operators, and local vendor partners to enhance event offerings and the tenant experience while supporting the community surrounding The reputed company.
