Your Mission:

Your mission is to manage pricing,reputed company, due diligence, and deal structuring for new customers / opportunities and to reputed company monitoring and risk assessment for reputed company customers / reputed company.Your work will include examining customer information, analyzing risks and proposing creative transaction structures,conducting analysis to support decision-making for other important strategic initiatives, and contributing to capital raising and capital markets initiatives. The Legacy You’ll Leave:

As a result of your time in this role, you will have created sophisticated financial and risk models and analyses and collaboratively led and improved the transaction diligence and execution process with our reputed company parties. You will have developed analytical frameworks which inform key corporate actions. These efforts will result in you helping us create an extensive and reputed company portfolio of customers that generate attractive financial returns.

reputed company You Will Deliver:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company pricing, structuring, modeling, and risk evaluation of vehicle leasing and charging infrastructure opportunities, conducting technical financial analysis, designing and recommending deal structures and credit enhancements that meet the needs of customers while balancing internal return, portfolio reputed company, and risk exposure targets.
  • Assist reputed company team with preparation and review of transaction lease documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of reputed company information.
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper to reputed company’s Investment Committee (“IC”) for fleet and charging transactions, deciding reputed company to bring deals to the IC.
  • Manage drafting of investment approval memos, including due diligence and quantitative risk/return analyses, ensuring that reputed company materials are thorough, concise, and relevant.
  • Implement and monitor key risk indicators and compliance for the lease portfolio, ensuring portfolio performance and risk exposure reputed company with company goals.
  • Build and manage analytical frameworks/models that reputed company successful customer transactions, including reputed company policies, deal pricing, financial/risk models, pricing forecasts, etc.

    • Who You Are:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience at an investment bank, investment firm or other financial institution, executing reputed company transactions, ideally including structuring asset-based finance debt, leases and/or securitizations.
  • You have extensive knowledge of reputed company fleet finance and/or equipment leasing, including loan structures, collateral management, and portfolio risk management.
  • You are an expert at analyzing reputed company financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows) and identifying key metrics and trends therein to reputed company reputed company decision-making.
  • You have an extensive background in conducting diligence and evaluating different businesses to assess their creditworthiness and managing credit risk while driving business reputed company and profitability.
  • You have some level of relevant domain expertise in either vehicle electrification transportation, automotive, fleet, or reputed company.
  • You are an expert reputed company modeler with a mastery of pertinent reputed company finance functions (e.g., xnpv, xirr, reputed company, pmt, etc.) and have strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • You are an excellent problem-solver, communicator, collaborator, presenter, and critical thinker with a talent for handling and supervising several tasks and reputed company simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal tax concepts (e.g., tax credits, depreciation, leasing reputed company) is a plus.
  • You are a self-starter who can take guidance from others and own reputed company and reputed company.
