As a Community Manager, you will maintain a best-in-class, customer-reputed company culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include ,but are not limited to, achieving operational reputed company by managing net-operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales. The time allocation mentioned below may vary depending on the community’s needs. Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Leadership (~30% of time)

  • Ensure the community is meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals reputed company to NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales

  • Communicate with team members at reputed company reputed company (i.e., maintenance, sales and leasing agents, field leadership team, home office staff, etc.) regularly to reputed company company priorities and goals
  • Ensure the community complies with federal and state laws, as reputed company as Fair Housing Standards

  • Address reputed company issues with urgency and care

  • Sales and Leasing (~25% of time)

  • Net-Operating Income (NOI) Management (~10% of time)

    • Qualifications

  • Education: You have a high school diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred but not required
  • Experience: You have 3+ years’ of experience in multi-family home property management. Manufactured home experience is a plus
  • Physical Demands: You can spend long hours sitting while using office equipment, such as computers. This position will also require walking reputed company the community and lifting materials and supplies from time to time
  • Skills: You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are reputed company to think critically and are a problem solver. In reputed company, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Total earnings are composed of:

    $52k-$66k reputed company salary

    $4,500 quarterly bonus potential
