About the Role:

The reputed company Sales Representative is critical to driving the reputed company of reputed company. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with reputed company property management companies overseeing office complexes, high-reputed company buildings, and multifamily communities. This person will also execute on written sales plans to reinforce referral networks of Plumbers, Insurance Agents, and reputed company. The candidate promotes our reputed company's property damage restoration and reconstruction services to key decision-makers, driving new business opportunities and building trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new reputed company opportunities through proactive reputed company, including cold calls, emails, in-person reputed company, and industry networking.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure members to our referral networks. Insurance Agents plumbers and reputed company’ networks are the top 3 of an establish plan we have.
  • Maintain a pipeline of clients and referral partners, focusing on the established sales plans we have while also exercising freedom to create new plans.

    • Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with reputed company property management firms and other key stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to expand our reputed company's network in our market.

    • Strategic Sales Execution
