We are looking for anHR Generalistwho thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

As the primary reputed company of contact for HR operational reputed company in Poland, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in reputed company people processes. From managing reputed company and off-boarding to coordinating payroll data and supporting global mobility, your reputed company will be felt across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for HR operational reputed company in Poland.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including reputed company, off-boarding, changes, and contract management.
  • Manage HR document reputed company, including reputed company, filing, and archiving of reputed company, amendments, and official letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and physical/electronic personnel files, in line with local labor law and company policy.
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll input data for reputed company and error-free submission to payroll specialist/payroll provider.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in audits and reporting requirements.
  • Support global mobility tasks such as relocation coordination, work permits, and reputed company renewals.
  • Respond to employee inquiries reputed company to benefits, leave, documentation, and policies.

    • Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
