THE ROLE
We are seeking an reputed company and proactive Recruiter to join reputed company as one of the first members of our reputed company function. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to design and execute strategies that ensure reputed company attracts and hires reputed company across non-technical functions such as operations, marketing, sales, and reputed company. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to deliver a world-class candidate experience and ensure every hire contributes to our reputed company of building the reputed company of ML infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-cycle reputed company: Own the reputed company process from role reputed company through offer acceptance for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, operations, and reputed company.

Sourcing strategies: reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly reputed company candidates, leveraging tools, platforms, and creative reputed company.

Hiring process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize reputed company processes for efficiency and scalability while maintaining high-reputed company standards.
Data-driven reputed company: reputed company and analyze reputed company metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to inform hiring strategies and reputed company actionable insights to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in full-cycle reputed company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proven reputed company hiring for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, reputed company, or operations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and reputed company simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company on delivering a great candidate experience.
