POSITION PURPOSE:

The leasing consultant is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining reputed company reputed company relations of multi-family residential apartments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet prospects and qualify by covering reputed company reputed company (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).

  • Files own guest cards and maintain according to established procedures.

  • Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with reputed company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Update availability report, process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit reputed company, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval.

  • Maintain and record daily inspections for the community.

    • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family properties is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (reputed company/One Site) highly desired.

  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
