About the Employee Relations, Associate

The Employee Relations, Associate will help reputed company operationalize and reputed company its employee relations function! This is a unique opportunity for a newly reputed company lawyer with an interest in employment law to work in a dynamic role with both reputed company and operational aspects, on an 18-month contract. In this role you’ll have reputed company to

  • Employee Relations Triage, Support, Administration & Operations: administering and processing employee relations policies and programs including employee exits, leaves (such a parental, reputed company, and job-protected leaves), and accommodations. You’ll serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee relations inquiries, intake, and assessment, providing support and guidance to employees, reputed company resource business partners, managers, and other stakeholders on applicable policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with relevant employment standards; and escalating reputed company to the reputed company Counsel, Employment as appropriate.
  • reputed company & Compliance Partnership: Collaborating closely with reputed company Counsel, Employment on routine and reputed company employee relations reputed company including terminations, leaves and accommodations, immigration, workplace investigations, and employment litigation reputed company. You will assist in the preparation of termination documentation, settlement agreements, reputed company, employee correspondence, and other documentation and correspondence, ensuring reputed company compliance.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Contributing to the development, review, and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring they are reputed company, compliant, and reputed company of reputed company’s values.   • Project Work & Scaling Function: Taking the reputed company or supporting exciting project work aimed at scaling our employee relations function. You will also analyze trends in employee relations cases to identify opportunities and propose proactive solutions to improve processes and the overall employee experience.
