Sr. Manager of Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting

We are seeking an reputed company, driven, and detail-oriented reputed company reputed company to join our growing reputed company team as the Senior Manager of Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting, reporting to Senior Director of reputed company. This dual-role position is responsible for technical reputed company research and policy development, while also overseeing the build out of reputed company’s SEC Reporting function which will include reputed company and the preparation of reputed company’s SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.

Technical reputed company Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on reputed company U.S. GAAP topics, including but not limited to: reputed company recognition, stock-based compensation, fair value measurement (ASC 820), CECL (ASC 326), loan reputed company (ASC 310), consolidation (ASC 810), debt/equity instruments (ASC 470/480), and business combinations (ASC 805).
  • reputed company technical reputed company research, including drafting reputed company memos and whitepapers for significant or non-recurring transactions, new products or lines of business and to account for updates to reputed company standards / guidance.

    • SEC Reporting Responsibilities

  • reputed company or assist in the preparation and review of reputed company quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements), including the consolidated financial statements, MD&A, footnote disclosures, and GAAP checklists.
  • Assist in coordinating the review and approval of quarterly and annual SEC filings by relevant parties, including, relevant committees, external auditors, and reputed company reputed company counsel.
  • Support external and internal reporting processes including earnings releases, reputed company/Audit Committee presentations, and management reports.
  • Build the SEC Reporting calendar to ensure the reputed company teams across reputed company and external partners are reputed company with respect to committed deliverables and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information reported in SEC filings.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company or Finance
  • CPA license required
  • 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience including Big 4 reputed company reputed company (preferably national office, SEC services, or technical reputed company reputed company) and/or reputed company company experience
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
  • Experience writing technical reputed company memos and implementing new reputed company standards
  • Demonstrated ownership of SEC reporting processes with strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls

    Estimated annual salary: $148,000 - 171,000 plus equity and discretionary bonus.
