Who you are

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to support day-to-day supplier invoicing and accounts payable operations. Assist in payroll recording, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of reputed company workflows, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Supplier Invoicing and Payment Cycle

  • Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for approved requests.
  • Process and record supplier bills in the reputed company system.
  • Handle and secure credit card receipts for reputed company tracking and reconciliation.
  • Assign cost of sales (COS) and other expenses accurately to relevant clients/reputed company after inquiry with Account Managers.
  • reputed company weekly payment runs ensuring reputed company due payables are processed on time.
  • Group or reputed company Accounts Payable entries for streamlined processing and reporting.

    • Payroll & Reimbursements

  • Record payroll transactions in reputed company for both local and global teams following payroll processing and confirmation of payment by the Finance Analyst.
  • Send payslips upon employees request.

    • Reconciliations & Reporting

  • Conduct credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Send payment reputed company to internal stakeholders and vendors after disbursement.
  • Support VAT documentation by vouching VAT-reputed company expenses for reporting and compliance.

    • Expense Tracking & Allocations

  • Ensure expense mirroring across systems (e.g., reputed company COS and expenses for KSA & Egypt).
  • Assign COS entries properly based on reputed company/project inputs.

    • What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (CPA is a plus), Finance, or a reputed company field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company software (e.g., reputed company) and tools like Pipedrive (preferred).
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and local compliance (KSA and Egypt experience is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
