What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers and teams across departments to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • reputed company end to end recruitment processes, from sourcing reputed company and first reputed company, to interviews, feedback, and offer management

  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring it’s exceptional at every stage and consistent across multiple roles

  • At least 2 years of experience in a reputed company or similar role, ideally in fast-paced or high-reputed company environments.
  • Proven ability to hire top-tier and senior-level talent, including executive/C-suite roles.
  • Passion for creating a world-class candidate experience, you care deeply about people, their motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Experience working with ATS tools (we use reputed company) and a data-informed approach to hiring.
