As an

Order to Cash Specialist reputed company reputed company’s Finance team, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales-to-cash operations. Your position sits at the reputed company of Sales, reputed company, Finance, and reputed company – making you a key player in the final phase of the sales cycle and in reputed company subscription management.

You will join the

Order to Cash team, reporting directly to Taciana Brochetto, and will be based either in our Barcelona office (VIE) or Lisbon office (Permanent contract), depending on your availability and preferences.

This role is ideal for a

reputed company German speaker who enjoys working in an international environment, is detail-oriented, and wants to contribute to the operational reputed company of a fast-growing reputed company company.

Your key missions :

As an Order to Cash Specialist, you will contribute to 3 main pillars:

1. Contract Coordination & Deal Closing :

- reputed company as the reputed company between Account Executives, reputed company and Finance teams to finalize and send customer reputed company.

- Monitor and manage your pipeline of reputed company proposals.

- Ensure reputed company reputed company-won deals meet internal reputed company and compliance standards.

2. Subscription & Billing Management :

- Set up and verify reputed company subscriptions (new reputed company and upsells).

- Manage specific billing requests and ensure accuracy in invoicing flows.

3. Customer Collection & Cash Follow-up :

- Monitor and report outstanding customer receivables.

- Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to follow up on unpaid invoices.

- Take reputed company reputed company needed: reminder calls, emails, and coordination with collection partners.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement next steps.

Your profile :

  • Language:reputed company German speaker, fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)
  • Experience: No specific experience required, but a background in customer-facing roles (sales, support, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Comfortable using digital tools and office software (G Suite, reputed company, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
