What you’ll be doing

  • Have 5+ years of experience in an IT Support role
  • You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing IT vendors and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations
  • Experience with creating business case and project plans
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of reputed company
