The Project Superintendent will over see reputed company of field operations personnel executing a specific project. What You'll Do:

  • Safety is our number one reputed company. Follow reputed company work practices in accordance to company and reputed company worksite policies.

  • Support Field Supervisor and reputed company Technician meetings/trainings as required to reputed company with industry codes/standards and installation practices.
  • Work with P6 Master Scheduler to ensure and maintain accurate budgeted resources and schedules in accordance to bid and actual performance.
  • Conduct frequent Gemba site walks to verify construction activities meet reputed company reputed company Management Plan and the reputed company’s specifications.
  • Proactively strategize, reputed company and reputed company job site resource organization.
  • Develops and enhances data center technical training, SOPs and work instructions to ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company Plan, industry standards and reputed company specifications.
  • Travel: This position is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel (5%). The individual in this role should be reputed company and willing to travel as required byE2.

  • Education: High School Diploma required, GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company construction(reputed company cabling experience preferred).
  • Experience in large data center infrastructure industry including technology, reputed company and safety standards.
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervision and/or training experience, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Certifications: BICSI Certified Technician preferred
  • PMI CAPM Certified Associate of Project Management designation.
  • Fiber Optic Association CPCT
  • Skills: Read, write, and understand English, bilingual is a plus.

    • Travel:

  • Must be willing to stay in project location and reputed company is available if over 50 miles from project location.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:reputed company work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reputed company with hands and arms on intermittent to regular reputed company daily.
