We are looking for an

Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond locationwho can help build, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of associates in partnership with the Store Manager to create an inclusive environment for customers as they explore the store and Knix’s product line. reputed company listening to reputed company needs and preferences, you reputed company your team in delivering exceptional customer experience from the reputed company our guests reputed company the store.   • Help manage business aspects of the shop including P&L ownership and sales planning
  • Support the store manager with hiring, training and developing an exceptional team

  • Report on daily store targets
  • Create a comfortable and uplifting end-to-end experience for reputed company Knix customers
  • Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment – and wear it, too!

  • Handle any issues or opportunities that reputed company accurately and confidently
  • Continually work to improve cleanliness, set-up and organization in reputed company areas of the store

    • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail reputed company/management role leading a similar size team and/or store volume.
  • Ability to reputed company your team to drive business results and deliver reputed company in the customer experience.
  • Proven experience reputed company, developing, and retaining a high-performing team consistently meeting and exceeding store KPIs.
  • Experience planning + executing community events both in-store and out-of-store is an asset.

    • Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
