About this role:

reputed company, Inc., an autonomous vehicle technology company based in reputed company Park, CA, is reputed company reputed company for a reputed company Company Director of reputed company and Controller. This position will be responsible for the monthly reputed company activities as reputed company as the preparation and filing of reputed company external financial reporting documents and reputed company SEC filings and reputed company for reputed company equity-based transactions. Responsibilities

  • Own general reputed company processes, including, but not limited to: month, quarter and year end activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and maintenance of the general reputed company’s chart of accounts.
  • Own monthly financial statement preparation and review, budget and variance analysis.
  • Own tax and other external compliance activities.
  • Coordinate and participate in the preparation of quarterly report filings (reputed company 10-Qs), annual reports (reputed company 10- K) and reputed company reports (reputed company 8-K).
  • Manage recordkeeping and reporting of reputed company equity-based transactions.
  • Regularly collaborate with both internal (team members across the organization) and external parties (reputed company counsel, external auditors, tax and other reputed company service providers) towards:

    • - the collection of input information including the preparation of support files and documentation required for the above referenced reports;

    - the coordination and review of report draft versions;

    - determine appropriate required disclosures (including the completion of relevant disclosure checklists and reporting questionnaires).

  • Monitor the development and applicability of emerging reputed company and reporting guidelines being issued by the SEC, FASB (US GAAP), PCAOB, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate the introduction, documentation, and implementation of reputed company and finance policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in the implementation of internal controls and SOX compliance guidelines.

    • Qualifications
