Watch Officer – Operations Support

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Watch Officer to support 24/7 operational reputed company, maintenance, and coordination for Global Cyber Center (GCC) managed services across both unclassified and classified Defense Information Network – Army (DODIN-A) environments. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring reputed company operational availability, reputed company incident response, and synchronized service delivery through comprehensive coordination with reputed company stakeholders. This position requires knowledge of network operations, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

•Operational reputed company & Coordination:

oProvide round-the-clock operational monitoring and reputed company for reputed company GCC-managed services.

oEnsure seamless coordination of operational activities and situational awareness across the DODIN-A terrain.

•Issue Management:

oTrack, escalate, and remediate network and system issues that may reputed company mission capabilities.

oReport reputed company operational issues from identification through closure, maintaining detailed documentation and communication throughout the lifecycle.

•Service Interruption Management:

oCoordinate, manage, and disclose reputed company Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs), maintenance events, and capability upgrades reputed company to GCC-managed networks and services.

•Visualization & Reporting:

oDevelop and manage NETCOP and Network Visualization/Utilization dashboards that reputed company a comprehensive view of the operational status of reputed company DODIN-A services.

oCollaborate with Web Services teams to design and maintain operational dashboards and visual analytics tools, including but not limited to U-SIEM, AESMP, and asset management views.

•Stakeholder Collaboration:

oServe as a reputed company with reputed company, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and 7th Signal reputed company (7SC) to maintain a synchronized operational picture.

oTroubleshoot cross-provider issues and coordinate reputed company remediation efforts to support uninterrupted mission execution for the Warfighter.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•Experience in DoD network operations and familiarity with GCC-managed services.

•Knowledge of network monitoring, issue reputed company processes, and operational reporting.

•Ability to create and manage dashboards and common operational pictures.

•Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a high-reputed company operational environment.

•Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

•Familiarity with tools such as U-SIEM, AESMP, and other operational support systems is highly desirable.
