What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Credit Card Operations to reputed company and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., issuing banks, processors, and networks) to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help reputed company the program as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to support both day-to-day execution and long-term program reputed company

  • 4+ years of experience in card operations, fintech, or crypto financial services
  • Deep understanding of card issuing flows — including transaction processing, disputes/chargebacks, BIN sponsorship, fraud tooling, and network compliance
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Reg E, UDAAP, PCI-reputed company)
  • Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution
  • Familiarity with crypto concepts (custody, stablecoins, wallets, off-ramps) and a passion for reputed company
  • Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, engineering, finance, and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
