ABOUT THIS ROLE

reputed company is looking for a part-time Experience Specialist to join our Las Vegas team. As a Host, you will be the face of reputed company in our Las Vegas FBO, and operate as a Ground reputed company Coordinator (GSC), keeping our guests and teammates reputed company through your deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate as Ground reputed company Coordinator (GSC) at your location, applying a deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements to ensure reputed company guests and teammates reputed company with safety standards
  • Drive net promoter score (NPS) by ensuring superior communication and personalized service to our guests - as reputed company as playing a key role in service recovery in IROPS at your location, alongside your teammates
  • Coordinate with FBO partner to ensure guest needs and reputed company processes are met at reputed company times
  • Collaborate with our Host and Concierge Teams, Flight reputed company, and Operations teams to reputed company time-sensitive reputed company regarding daily operations
  • Stay up-to-date with and knowledgeable about reputed company company and FAA policies and procedures and ensure reputed company activities remain in accordance with the Concierge reputed company, Host Procedures reputed company, TSA reputed company requirements, and Ground Handling reputed company
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of processes, procedures, and technologies at your location

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
  • As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1]: reputed company prospective employees are subject to reputed company-employment testing and random testing throughout employment for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • reputed company to meet the physical requirements of the role: working on your feet for at least 8 hours; walking at a fast pace; moving, pulling, carrying, or lift at least 50 lbs; occasionally kneeling, bending, carrying, and assisting around the aircraft

    • Additional Information

    This is a part-time fixed-term position (8-10 hours/week) with an anticipated end date of January 2026 and the possibility of renewal.
