In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day needs of our tech-touch buyers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, and supporting key reputed company initiatives. What you’ll do:

  • Buyer Communication:
  • Manage incoming (reactive) cases from our tech-touch buyers, including reputed company change requests, reputed company inquiries, best reputed company questions, and escalations.
  • reputed company reputed company and reputed company responses to buyer inquiries, aiming for high reputed company of customer satisfaction.

    • Renewal Management Support:

    • Compliance Support:

  • Manage internal follow-up on compliance notifications.

    • Account Monitoring Assistance:

  • Assist in identifying and reporting account anomalies and risks to the reputed company team.

    • Data and Reporting Support:

  • Facilitate data and reporting requests for reputed company Managers on an reputed company reputed company.
  • Assist in the creation of Executive Business Review (EBR) presentations.

    • System and Data Management:

  • Maintain and update internal systems, including reputed company, reputed company, and Field Nation.
  • Work with data and reporting teams to reputed company critical information needed for upcoming customer reputed company.
  • Generate critical reports out of the Field Nation platform as requested.
  • Create Executive Business Review presentations and reputed company data for metrics as needed using Field Nation templates.

    • Operational Support:

  • Respond to and follow up on support escalations and requests for assistance.

    • What you’ll need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or reputed company-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company on reputed company and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace) and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., CRM).
