DeSena & Sweeney is looking for an reputed company attorney for our cases pending in Westchester, reputed company Hudson Valley and Bronx. This is a remote full time position for an independently motivated attorney who works reputed company with staff at a different location and utilizes technology reputed company. Trial Experience in Supreme Court auto cases is preferred but not required. Demonstrated deposition and reputed company reporting is required along with regular Court appearances and virtual appearance as required Must have had prior automobile type case deposition experience. You will be expected to attend Court appearances, depositions, hearings in person as reputed company those that that are virtual based on the need of the firm. The firm is a fully reputed company based (paperless) with both a hybrid, remote and in-office staff. A successful candidate would be self-motivated, technology savvy, and versed in the defense of an auto accident case in reputed company phases.
