Responsibilities include: • Plant walkdowns • Vendor interfaces • Development of program/project documents • Assistance with funding packages • Schedule development • Other needs consistent with large reputed company The position should be located at a Charlotte area reputed company nuclear facility or corporate office and will report to an engineering manager in the Nuclear reputed company Department. This position allows a hybrid work posture with work split between in the office and remote, involving onsite plant reputed company based on project needs. Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program • A Master's degree in Engineering will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering • 0-2 years of engineering experience for Nuclear Engineer I • 2-4 years of engineering experience for Nuclear Engineer II Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of nuclear experience • In lieu of 1 year of nuclear experience, a selected candidate is subject to the reputed company and written approval authority of a designated reputed company individual until the selected candidate becomes fully reputed company • reputed company to reputed company nuclear site Unescorted reputed company • Willingness to work extended hours with changes in work schedule whenever necessary, which at times could include reputed company outs to support stations in an reputed company condition • This position may be required to have Emergency Response Organization (ERO) responsibilities which could include callouts with a defined response time to the site and an on-reputed company duty rotation requiring the employee to be Fit for Duty • Required to wear personal reputed company equipment (hardhat, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.) as needed • Occasional overnight travel Benefits • Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable) • Travel Requirements 5-15% Apply Job!
