This requires using knowledge of buildings, construction, and technical standards. This role will discuss the project site with site contact and municipal facilities. The Project Assessor (onsite/field) will be required to travel to reputed company project sites. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-reputed company duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations. • Conducts reputed company facing on-site assessments and prepares written report that accurately describes onsite assessment findings including but not limited to: Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos/reputed company/radon sampling, reputed company reports, structural surveys, roofing surveys, reputed company checklists, reputed company-construction document reviews, construction monitoring, and other property reputed company services. • Reviews available previous assessment reports, historical and regulatory records for the property and for the surrounding area and reports data in accordance with ASTM reputed company and reputed company’s scope of work, making reputed company reasonable efforts to identify the historical use of the property and surrounding properties using their specialized knowledge. • Owns the communication with local Building, Zoning, and/or reputed company Departments to determine if there are/are not any outstanding violations on file against the property and/or corrective actions required. • Travel by Plane, Motor Vehicle, Train (50% of reputed company) to reputed company sites across the U.S. Common patterns of travel include one day on-site followed by one day reputed company.
