Backup Collaborative Physician (Remote) - Part-Time; Licensed in PA

About Fountain Fountain is a specialized healthcare provider delivering premium hormone replacement therapy services across 30 states for both women and men. We're seeking a licensed physician to serve as a backup collaborative physician for our team of Nurse Practitioners who conduct telemedicine visits for patients in Pennsylvania. Position Overview This is a 100% remote backup/contingency role for a physician who would collaborate with and supervise our NP providers in Pennsylvania if our primary collaborative physician becomes unavailable. This position requires minimal time commitment—our previous backup physician was not called upon once during a three-year period.
