About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Generalist Account Manager to join our team, supporting a diverse book of commercial clients across a variety of industries. This position is anchored out of our Los Angeles office, but we prefer candidates located in or around California’s Central Valley who can work a full-time remote schedule. Candidates located outside the area will also be considered for a remote role, depending on qualifications and fit.

• Manufacturing
• Contractors
• Wholesalers
• Pest Control
• Transportation
• Security Guards
This role requires a strong understanding of commercial lines and the ability to manage accounts across multiple industries with varying risk profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of client accounts from onboarding to renewal, including coverage analysis and servicing.
• Provide day-to-day client support, including handling endorsements, issuing certificates, and processing policy changes.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to market and place new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective communication.
• Monitor client compliance with insurance requirements and assist with risk management solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the agency management system.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial lines account management role, ideally with a variety of business types.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carriers.
• Active California P&C Insurance License required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
