The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health practitioner responsible for overseeing the FCT Program, ensuring service quality, supervising practitioners, maintaining program fidelity, and collaborating with community partners. FCT is a home-based, evidence-based treatment model focusing on family dynamics and emotional interactions. Time/Schedule Requirements • This is a full-time position, requiring 40+ hours weekly. Hybrid work is optional after 120 days. • Hours may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, with on-call responsibilities. Education/Certification Requirements • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMPH) or license-eligible in Nebraska • Master’s Degree in clinical counseling • At least two years of experience with children and families • Knowledge of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred • Supervisory experience preferred Skills and Experience • Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills • Organized, deadline-oriented, and a team player • Empathetic and able to build rapport • Background check clearance required • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and human development Additional Details • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level • Employment Type: Full-time • Job Functions: Project Management, Health and Human Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
