Buildium and Book keeping expert for property management company

We’re a small property management company looking for an experienced Buildium and bookkeeping expert to help keep our financial records accurate and up to date. This is a part-time, contract role for approximately 3–5 hours per month. You’ll work directly within our Buildium account to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, categorized, and reconciled across our rental property portfolio. Responsibilities: Enter and categorize rental income and expenses Reconcile bank accounts monthly Track owner distributions and property-specific transactions Generate accurate monthly financial reports Maintain clean, audit-ready records in Buildium Prepare reports to support tax filings and 1099 issuance (as needed) Qualifications: Proven experience using Buildium for property management accounting Strong understanding of real estate bookkeeping best practices Experience managing books for multiple rental properties Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines Familiarity with trust accounting (a plus but not required) Time Commitment & Rate: Estimated 3–5 hours per month Please include your hourly rate and availability in your proposal We’re looking to build a long-term working relationship with someone reliable, proactive, and knowledgeable.
