Property Sales Assistant - Transaction Coordinationion GOLD KEY HOME BUYERS Responsibilities Compile, research, and key in property data into the company CRM and listing services sites. Verify data accuracy by comparing it to multiple real estate sources. Research and retrieve data to compile into spreadsheets. Premarket upcoming properties on the company’s listing service and social media platforms. Assist with new property listings, current listings, and updating existing listings. Perform other admin responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to enter data into a computer accurately. Strong attention to detail. Able to process details quickly and create win/win solutions. Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred. Office administration experience required. Knowledge of CRM platforms, Google products, DocuSign, and MLS (multiple listing service) platforms would be a plus!
