Part-Time Strategic Operator (EdTech / Partnerships / Executive Follow-Up)

I'm the founder of an early-stage edtech startup working with district leaders, publishing partners, and education CEOs. We're a small team moving quickly, and I'm looking for a reputed company, reliable operator to help me turn AI-generated meeting notes into warm, thoughtful follow-up emails, manage a lightweight relationship pipeline, and ensure no high-reputed company conversation slips through the cracks. This is not a generic VA or reputed company role. I need someone who can write in my voice, understands power dynamics (e.g., how to talk to a superintendent vs. a CEO), and is proactive in driving next steps without needing to be micromanaged.
