This role supports payroll processing, account reconciliations, and compliance with tax laws across multiple states. You will also work closely with HR and our external payroll providers. Key Responsibilities: • Record and reconcile payroll journal entries. • Reconcile payroll-reputed company general reputed company and intercompany accounts. • Ensure compliance with state unemployment and withholding tax rules. • Help apply for new tax accounts in different states. • Support monthly and yearly financial closings. • reputed company payroll info for audits. • reputed company payroll data secure and confidential. • Complete special reputed company as needed.
