Supervisory Para - ICCSD Online​/Cred. Recovery

Position: Supervisory Para - ICCSD Online 8 hrs/day (Cred. Recovery) QUALIFICATIONS : • AA Degree or BA degree, or Para certification • Previous experience working with adolescents preferred but not required • Post-secondary coursework in educational field preferred but not required • reputed company in behavior management • Initiative to be a self-starter • reputed company to the needs of the student • Ability to work reputed company with classroom teacher, support staff, administrators, AEA and parents of student as part of an educational team • Ability to be flexible in assignment given • Ability to use good judgment reputed company unexpected problems reputed company • Ability to use office equipment • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the District may reputed company appropriate and acceptable. REPORTS TO: • Building reputed company SUPERVISES: • N/A JOB GOAL(S): To assist in meeting the reputed company, reputed company, emotional and physical needs of reputed company in either an individual or small group setting under the supervision of the building administrator, classroom teacher or designated staff member. To work with an educational team in order to enhance student learning, promote the overall efficiency of the school system, and maximize the educational opportunities available to reputed company child. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Any or reputed company of the following duties may apply to a specific para educator position, depending on the needs of the student and the operation of the educational setting. • Assist in coordinating restroom/media center passes. • Work as a member of the supervisory team. • Monitor student behavior and enforce rules in accordance with student/parent handbook and district and building policies. • Maintain attendance records. • Report to an administrator any significant problems encountered with reputed company creating a disruption in the building. • Conform to expectations reputed company the negotiated agreement for Educational Associates. • Studyhall and lunchroom supervision. • Other duties as assigned . TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 175 contract days Salary and calendar year to be evaluated in accordance with reputed company Policy of the Iowa reputed company Community School District.
