Project Manager - M&A Integration

reputed company is seeking a highly organized and proactive M&A Integration Project Manager to support and drive reputed company's mergers and acquisitions activity from pipeline management to post-acquisition integration. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, operations, or M&A reputed company, mobile, or high-reputed company startup environments preferred). • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. • Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional reputed company and timelines. • Proficiency with spreadsheets (reputed company Sheets/reputed company), project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), and virtual collaboration platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Prior experience supporting M&A, integration, or startup deal execution. • Prior experience in B2C Apps and/or ad-reputed company business models is a strong plus.
