• We’re looking for an Operations Associate on the Business Operations team to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve how Grow Therapy scales and operates. Your responsibilities will include leading complex projects, building scalable systems, and partnering across teams to solve critical business challenges.
Requirements:
• A Problem Solver: You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup. You’re able to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and you’re ready to recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• A data-driven decision maker: You have expert-level Excel/Google Sheet modeling skills and have strong SQL skills. You ground your thinking in data, using metrics and analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and guide operational decisions.
