Security Account Manager
Description:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Genea Security customers, building strong, trust-based relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Genea’s footprint and maximize customer value.
• Understand each client’s unique needs, security goals, and challenges, tailoring Genea’s security solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Stay current on Genea Security’s product offerings, updates, and industry trends, positioning our solutions effectively against competitors.
• Partner with sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies that support expansion and revenue growth.
• Track and report on sales activities, forecasting accurately, and maintaining visibility into growth opportunities across your assigned accounts.
• Assist with the renewal process by highlighting Genea’s value, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as an escalation point for more complex renewals, working to resolve issues and ensure a seamless renewal experience.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of account management, sales, or business development experience in SaaS, security, or technology industries, preferably within B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in driving expansion and upsell initiatives, with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong customer relationship skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex security solutions clearly and persuasively.
• A team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging internal resources to deliver customer value.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results, able to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Familiarity with access control, security systems, IoT or related technology is a plus.
