Description: • Vistrada is seeking an experienced Workday Financials SME. • Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members. • Apply technical knowledge to determine solutions and solve complex problems. • Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts and development teams in design, development, testing, implementation, and support of application projects. • Participate in and contribute to formal/informal technical reviews and presentations. • Research, present and/or make recommendations on technical issues. • Explore new ideas and initiatives that encourage innovation. • Identify Best Practices for implementing Workday Financials Purchasing and Procurement modules and supporting processes. • Serve as a SME consultant advising the client management team as a technical and implementation expert. • Assist in RFP selection of the Workday Financials implementation partner. • Assist with the management of the Workday and implementation partner team resources assigned to the project. Requirements: • 7+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience/knowledge, specifically in support of Purchasing and Procurement modules and processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P). • Expertise to provide unbiased advice, formulate courses of action, analyze programs, and make recommendations across a wide spectrum of Workday Financials areas and processes. • Passionate, goal driven, team-oriented, and outgoing. • Flexible, self-starter, and demonstrated ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and evolving objectives in a client-facing environment. • Effective written and communication skills.
