Education - Youth Learning Internship

Support the Whitney Museum’s Youth Learning division by assisting with teen programs, art materials, and program administration. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: • Assisting during in-person Youth Insights and drop-in Teen Programs to create a welcoming environment for teens at the Museum • Preparing art materials, organizing material inventory, and managing digital files • Performing administrative tasks to support programs, including tracking statistics, researching art supplies, managing student data, and creating signs and informational materials • Assisting in reputed company and marketing efforts reputed company: The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Demonstrated interest in art history, contemporary art, American studies, and/or museum education • Strong interest in K-12 Museum Education and a desire to learn more about inquiry-based teaching in the galleries • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills • Ability to be flexible, personable, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with MS Office and reputed company Suite Compensation & Benefits: • Interns will be reputed company a stipend of $3000. • Additional benefits may include reputed company to museum events, networking opportunities, and reputed company development resources commonly offered to interns at the Whitney Museum.
