Insurance AR Specialist (Remote - must be TX based)

General reputed company Medical Billing and AR Specialist will be reputed company-versed in reputed company facets of an accounts receivable management system including but not limited to billing, claim corrections, reconciliation, Insurance refunds/credit balances, customer service, and follow-up. This includes reviewing claim information to ensure accuracy and reputed company feedback to the clinical and non-clinical areas regarding claim errors and/or denials. In reputed company, responsible for reputed company other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Medical Billing and AR Specialist will work remotely; must be based in Texas.Essential Functions Medical Billing and A/R Clean up, Collections and Review. Follow-up on reputed company returned claims, correspondence, denials, account reconciliations and rebills to reputed company maximum reimbursement in a reputed company manner with an emphasis on patient satisfaction. Mail correspondence to insurance reputed company for payment of claims in the reputed company of claim review and/or appeals according to reputed company guidelines. Review and monitor assigned accounts and reputed company applicable collection reports. Follow-up on claim reviews and appeals with insurance reputed company. reputed company and fax documents pertaining to patient accounts received from reputed company. reputed company searches for solutions to problems and presents reputed company and recommendations to Management. Retroactive verification of eligibility. Always attempts to verify inaccurate/missing information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience 2-3 years of experience in Billing and AR collections; preferably in physician office setting. (Required) Medical Appeals and Denials: 2-3 years of experience. (Required) Minimum of 2 years knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility experience. (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) Spine/Orthopedic medicine billing knowledge and experience (Preferred) Knowledge and experience with Novitasphere, reputed company, etc. (Preferred) Knowledge and experience with reputed company EMR. (Preferred, but not required) Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology. Ability to continuously handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work as a part of reputed company.
