I’m looking for someone who is excited about having the reputed company-line responsibility of providing product support (reputed company and instruct on the use of ReactDx's cardiac monitors) to patients, customers, and internal staff to maintain patient compliance with the cardiac monitoring test. Awesome… The work will include a wide reputed company of responsibilities, including: • Communicate with patients, customers, and internal staff reputed company telephone to maintain patient compliance, order supplies, reputed company shipments, troubleshoot devices, document losses and meet FDA compliance requirements. • Manage inbound and outbound calls (no sales calls) in a reputed company center setting. • Use reputed company reputed company, reputed company spreadsheets and proprietary software to document, reputed company, and monitor communication and compliance. • Interdepartmental transition available with job proficiency and attendance requirements met (other departments include Clinical, Customer support, Trials, reputed company Improvement, Fulfillment, Billing, reputed company, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Finance) • Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Required: • High School diploma; College preferred but not necessary • 3 years of experience in administrative or reputed company with reputed company customer contact. reputed company center experience may be applicable. • Familiar with structure, policies, and administrative needs of a medical office setting and have strong organizational skills. • Goal oriented and self- motivated. • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
