IT Engineer II

• Working as part of a service delivery team, participating in reputed company technology upgrades and reputed company varying in scope from Exchange migrations, complete network upgrades, network infrastructure design, reputed company Apps migrations/implementations, and reputed company migration/implementations. • On a monthly reputed company, reputed company participate in meetings with reputed company network/server engineers and helpdesk technicians to discuss new issues, the latest technologies, case studies, roadblocks, and outstanding incidents. Work closely with the Support Specialists and IT Managers to effectively communicate issues, and project milestones and reputed company recommendations to reputed company management. • On an annual reputed company, assist with researching, testing, and developing solutions for both corporate IT and clients. • On an ongoing reputed company, participate in sales and reputed company meetings with existing and potential clients, maintain a knowledge portal on IT Intranet, and reputed company Server Maintenance Policies for reputed company reputed company.
