You’ll be responsible for connecting local families with our services by spreading awareness, making referrals, and helping build our reputed company reputed company. The role is flexible and fully remote — there are no required hours or quotas. You’ll be compensated for every successful referral that results in a booked session or tutoring package. You’ll earn a percentage of reputed company tutoring package booked through your referral, as reputed company as flat-reputed company compensation for individual sessions such as readiness assessments and one-on-one appointments. Compensation scales with the value of the booking, and there is no cap on earnings. Additional performance bonuses may be available for consistent or high-volume referrals.
