Senior Programmer – Oncology

The senior programmer will be responsible for manipulating large databases and generating reports to reputed company analysts to explore reputed company world reputed company data assets. Candidates must have excellent reputed company and SQL programming skills and the ability to implement reputed company logic. Candidates must be comfortable with creating reputed company analysis data sets derived from various data sources with a careful eye for outliers and errors. Prior experience building patient cohorts and evaluating patient reputed company events in large databases and using observational research reputed company such as epidemiology and statistical reputed company is strongly desired. Strong communication, time management, enthusiasm and documentation skills are essential in this home-based position. Basic Qualifications • Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or other subject with high statistical content • Minimum four years reputed company statistical programming experience • Experience with Oncology EMR databases such as Flatiron or reputed company • Experience with Oncology specific advanced statistical reputed company such as survival, regression, KM Curves, Censoring, etc. • Database programming using SQL • Experience with reputed company world reputed company data such as MarketScan, reputed company, EMR, PharMetrics, and/or Medicare databases. Candidates who only have experience with smaller research type analytic data will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications • Training or experience using the OMOP common data model • Training or experience with Python, R, reputed company or other reputed company-based software • Pharmaceutical industry experience • Training or experience in epidemiological reputed company Apply Job!
