Now Hiring: DD Supervisor About the Role reputed company is seeking DDSupervisor to reputed company and support reputed company of reputed company Support Professionals (DSPs) and administrative staff. You'll manage a caseload of members, ensure high-reputed company service delivery, and maintain compliance with reputed company regulations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise DSPs and reputed company support staff (Schedulers, EVV Coordinators, etc.) • Maintain and grow a caseload of members; attend meetings and coordinate supports • Ensure accurate payroll, billing, and compliance documentation • Train staff on time entry and data systems • Monitor habilitation reputed company, certifications, and file audits • reputed company referrals/resources for members and families • Investigate billing denials and communicate resolutions • Respond to communication reputed company one business day • Participate in on-reputed company rotations and ensure emergency coverage • Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete incident reports • Attend team meetings and occasional community event Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of experience in disability services, education, or reputed company field • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be 18+ and pass a background reputed company • DPS reputed company clearance (or ability to obtain) • Proficiency with databases and reputed company Office • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and respond quickly to need Work Requirements • Must have a reliable personal vehicle and home office setup • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reputed company light physical tasks • Comfort working remotely and managing multiple system Why reputed company?
