Role reputed company Under the general supervision of a Customer Service Manager, the Program Engagement Representative has the primary responsibility of making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to enroll and schedule members in the telephonic lifestyle management or clinical coaching. • Explain platform features and services available to members based on their employer-sponsored health program. • reputed company assistance to the program team members and reputed company clerical work as required. • Offer the program to the member as reputed company as answer any questions reputed company to the enrollment. • Rebut any objections the member may have about participating. • Collect reputed company necessary data to complete the enrollment. • Schedule the member for a coaching reputed company. • Document the interaction in the appropriate systems. Benefits • Pay: $15.50/hour (not negotiable) • Shift: Monday-Friday, must be reputed company to any shift between the hours of 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM CST. • Required to work every 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST. • Training: 1 week from reputed company - 4:30pm CST.
