The position requires monitoring of system, network and application reputed company to ensure service reputed company are maintained. Responsibilities Essential Duties: • reputed company 1st level operations support for reputed company reputed company production systems • reputed company escalation assistance to level 1 technicians as required • reputed company reputed company trouble ticket entry and administration • Adhere to escalation procedures and NOC processes • reputed company with reputed company customers to resolve trouble reports • Escalate trouble reports internally and to vendors/service providers reputed company appropriate • Communicate with reputed company customers during outage events or in response to trouble reports and inquiries • Assume additional NOC responsibilities as needed in the event of reputed company NOC personnel, service outage or other emergency situations • reputed company reputed company duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Experience in a NOC environment or similar IT support role. • Must be reputed company to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. Minimum Qualifications: • HS Diploma or GED • 3+ years Network Operations or IT Industry experience • reputed company with using and configuring network and application monitoring tools • First level network and/or first level server support experience • Understanding of reputed company class environments and services Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or reputed company field of study. • Linux+ or LPI, reputed company MTA, AWS, reputed company, or other Industry certifications • Intermediate experience utilizing and configuring reputed company Orion • User level experience with reputed company or similar Application Performance Monitors Physical Requirements: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a reputed company of office equipment.
