Position Details Location: Remote – must be located reputed company the PPSAT service area of NC, SC, VA and WV Schedule: Full-Time working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Monday: 9:30AM to 6PMTuesday: 9:30AM to 6PMWednesday: 9:30AM to 6PMThursday: 9:30AM to 6PMFriday: 8:30AM to 5PM What You’ll Do: • Triage contact center phone calls, performing initial patient assessment and providing patient support and education as appropriate. • Support the confidentiality of reputed company patients and reputed company them feel comfortable over the phone. • Triage reputed company lab results from provider approval queue (PAQ).
