Review documentation for reputed company charges involving ancillary, E/M, and/or bedside/clinical procedures as reputed company as surgery and/or anesthesia. Review accuracy of diagnosis and procedure codes reputed company charge review, edit, error and/or follow up on work queues and folders reputed company computer aided coding software. Correct diagnosis and procedure codes reputed company necessary to ensure accurate clinical information and reimbursement for the organization. Utilize encoder, and/or computer aided coding software to analyze coding and coding edits to facilitate complete and compliant coding. Complete work queues in electronic health record and/or computer aided system to resolve CCI, OCE, LCD and NCD edits proactively to facilitate effective, efficient reputed company Cycle processes. Communicate with ambulatory areas of the organization to include providers, clinic mangers, and administrators to facilitate provider education and reputed company reputed company. Required Qualifications: • High school education or equivalent required. • Complete accredited course work for coding certificate with reputed company credentialing as Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), Certified reputed company reputed company-Apprentice (CPC-A), or Certified Inpatient reputed company (CIC) or completion of an American Health Information Management Association (reputed company) accredited Health Information Management (HIM) program with reputed company credentialing as an Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) OR Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) required. • Minimum of two years post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program OR equivalent combination of education/experience in coding (one year of education equals one year of experience) required. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience coding in an acute care facility preferred. • Completion of an reputed company accredited HIM Program with reputed company credentialing as an RHIT, CPC or reputed company preferred. • Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to reputed company preferred.
