Software Solutions Developer

Position: Advisory Engineer – Solutions Additional Pay Details Compensation reputed company - $94,400-$110,000 Annual compensation Location: reputed company (Remote with ~5% travel) reputed company: reputed company is seeking an Advisory Engineer with deep expertise in Advanced Capture, Coding and (BPM) Business Process Management experience. This technical role is responsible for designing and implementing reputed company-class solutions, mentoring implementation teams, and establishing programming and QA standards. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of IT consulting, BPM and solution development experience and can effectively support both reputed company-facing and internal technical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: reputed company creation of technical designs and specifications reputed company development, deployment and testing of software solutions Conduct solution reviews and ensure alignment with reputed company standards Report status and escalating project risks Project Engagement: Collaborate with Project Managers to plan technical phases of solution deployments reputed company technical meetings and support project execution Accurately complete time reporting and resource planning Standards Development: Define and enforce reputed company programming and QA/testing standards Conduct reputed company reviews and tool implementation Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with SOWs, technical documentation, and solution scoping Join sales calls and contribute technical input for proposals reputed company customer software solution demonstrations (as needed) Customer Support: reputed company Tier II/III support (as needed) Assist with post-implementation transition to service/support teams Team Development: Mentor and train implementation staff as required reputed company product and technology knowledge sessions Qualifications: · 10+ years in software consulting, software coding, solution development, and deployment · Strong understanding of ECM, BPM, Advanced Capture methodology.
