Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 5 years in SAP RAR.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle SAP RAR implementations.
• Strong experience in FICO, particularly in the area of revenue recognition and financial compliance.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) and IFRS 15.
• Strong skills in SAP ABAP, including enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in BRF+, SAP SD revenue flows, and integration with CO, MM, and other modules.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants or offshore teams.
Responsibilities
• Implementation & Migration:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of SAP RAR solutions in line with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards.
• Guide clients through blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover phases.
• Integration:
• Work closely with teams across SAP SD, CO, MM, and Order-to-Cash processes to ensure seamless integration with RAR.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for integration touchpoints and cross-module consistency.
• Solution Design & Customization:
• Design and configure complex SAP RAR solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
• Develop custom ABAP programs and enhancements in RAR and related FICO modules.
• Leverage BRF+ and custom logic to enhance contract management and revenue recognition scenarios.
• Support & Optimization:
• Provide expert-level support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct performance tuning, issue resolution, and continuous improvements for implemented RAR solutions.
• Support UAT, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
