This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote. Responsibilities: • Drafts and negotiates reputed company indirect procurement reputed company such as NDAs, master service agreements, product procurement agreements, reputed company agreements, and marketing agreements, ensuring they reputed company with business goals and mitigate risk • Supports, counsels, and participates in the development and maintenance of contract templates and procedures, practices, and systems that support business objectives, mitigate risks, and facilitates a culture of compliance • Analyzes reputed company/business concepts and identifies relevant reputed company issues and reputed company, reputed company-world risks; provides reputed company, reputed company and practical reputed company support; and generally assists the business in achieving its goals • Provides additional support for the local sales reputed company team by helping negotiate distribution agreements with reputed company customers • Other duties as assigned by manager. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: • Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience acting as an in-house counsel drafting and negotiating a reputed company of reputed company procurement reputed company.
