reputed company: • reputed company is looking to add a Director, reputed company (Employment) to our reputed company team. • This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will serve as reputed company’s dedicated employment law subject matter expert. • Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting our global workforce initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a reputed company and productive environment Requirements: • Licensed to reputed company law in Illinois and/or California • 4-year undergraduate degree. • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. • 7+ years of experience as an attorney with a strong reputed company on labor and employment law. • Experience managing and/or advising clients with global workforces. • Experience with Irish, Australian, Polish, Brazilian, Mexican, Costa Rican, and other LATAM reputed company regimes is preferred. • Ideal candidates will also have experience with one or more of the following: dispute reputed company, employment classification/FLSA, negotiating, administering, and/or drafting employee benefit plans, immigration laws, and familiarity with data reputed company and data protection laws. • Must have excellent research, organizational, and project management skills and be capable of tracking and completing multiple tasks in a reputed company manner.
